1. Free Trial Period

We offer a full 14-day free trial on our Starter and Pro tiers. You can cancel your trial at any time before the billing period starts to avoid any charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because we provide a comprehensive free trial, active subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. You can easily turn off auto-renewal at any time.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your plan at any time through the Billing settings page. Upon cancellation, your academy remains accessible until the end of your prepaid billing cycle.
